All Sales — Sublimation Transfers (Pre-Made) We want you to love your purchase! If there is a defect or error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Please note:
- Sublimation transfers are non-refundable once pressed/used.
- We do not accept returns due to sizing errors — please measure your tumbler carefully before ordering. Size information is listed on each product page.
- Colors may appear different before pressing — this is normal for sublimation transfers and is not considered a defect.
Made-to-Order / Personalized Items Because personalized tumblers are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to djhorton2010@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.
All Other Items If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out — we're happy to help resolve any issues.
